personally i think i would be less than cooperative.
I think this may be a real possibility in the future being that they could lose their status to operate as a charity because of their cruel shunning practices?
But I can only hope that something can break that awful cruel practice to avoid one's own children.
i know there's another thread about this specially talented musician's passing- but this guy was a torch carrier from the old bluesmen like muddy waters, howlin wolf, john lee hooker, and lightnin' hopkins who made chuck berry millions of $$$$$$ and collaborated with rock n rollers like bono of u2 .
these old bluesmen from the 1940's deserve all the credit for the babv that the blues ended up giving birth to- rock and roll music.

In the congregation that I one time used to go to a baptized 12 year girl was molested by one of their ministerial servants, guess what?,, she was disfellowshipped for being molested and only 12 years old at that. This was in the Sunnyvale CA USA congregation 2001.
BTW they have an elder in that congregation that has a bad habit of touching young girls breast at gatherings of the Witnesses this was related to me by an elder that was a friend at the time about 15 years ago, he(the molester,) is still an elder as far as I know.
I can't imagine the psychological harm this must cause to little children and yet the GB want more children to get baptized so they can be disfellowshipped if needs be.

one other thing this man can understand is injustice: when bad things happen to people who didnt do anything to deserve them.. .
i've noted active, devoted jw's state the above.. and, it's not a problem for me to remain trusting of god, i just don't trust religions or men.. recently, a member of this forum stated that he remains an active jw, in the family of god's people, wanting to encourage and do good - whilst recognising that the pastoral leaders (the gb) have shipwrecked the faith of many, being unsound scripturally etc, etc.. stop and think about this - the bible says to not follow after those who lie and hurt the faith of "little ones".. the pharisees were accused of traversing over lands and expending much energy to make a single convert - only for that convert to end up worse of than he started off with.. it's one thing to not believe this is the 'truth' and feeling the awful pressure of managing ones life, trying not to lose ones family.. it's quite another thing to declare oneself to be a christian believer of god's jw household, and somehow believe the god of love would use corrupt liars to parade as jesus' brothers in the urgency of last days.

the july 2015 kingdom ministry says jws can't do international outreach through the internet, but to instead, point someone in the direction of jw.org site.. it's just another form of control.

when my niece was very little (over 20 years ago), barely walking or talking, my mother decided to teach her "where jehovah lives".

but i wanted to start one where anyone can put what they have heard any non-exjw, non-apostate witnesses say good or bad about the broadcast.
i don't see how it can't rattle followers... but then again i might be surprised how they can twist things (2+2=5).
I think we are in just the beginning stages of money drive from the corporation it will only get worse from this point expect lots of begging for God from these guys as they try to keep God's earthly organization from going bankrupt.

When I expressed some "concern and confusion" to my father about the telethon, he watched it, then came back and said, "I can see how you might feel that way. But it's not like they're doing this in every broadcast. If that starts to happen, I think then there would be reason to be concerned."
I'm sure they will become much more regular in the future as all these lawsuits payments become due and they try to balance the books, they will be forced to beg beg beg.
